The leaker called this a suspicious leak as the information was given to him by someone else who suggested Xiao rerun as he is going to have content in the 2.7 patch.

If the leak is on point, then Genshin Xiao rerun will be back on the banners in five months, which isn't surprising as we also saw Childe getting re-runs in a short period of time.
