Genshin Impact Yelan is a mysterious person who claims to work for the Ministry of Civil Affairs and is a Hydro user. Yelan's identity has always been a mystery and like a phantom, she often appears in various guises at the center of events and disappears before the storm stops.
It was claimed by the leaker that players will get to see Yelan in the future 2.7 update, and indeed they were on point. HoYoverse has now officially introduced Yelan, an unreleased 5-star Genshin Impact character.

Each player would certainly wish to acquire this new 5-star bow since it is likely to be her greatest weapon. The Yelan's 5-star weapon has various special features that dramatically increase the damage. It also has some of the most impressive statistics in the game.
Recently, a new leak was posted on the Genshin subreddit showcasing the Yelan's signature weapon and its stats.

HP is increased by 32%, When there are opponents near the character equipping this weapon, the DMG the character deals is increased by 40%. This effect will still be detected when the character is off-field.

During Genshin Impact 2.7 update, Aqua Simulacra, Yelan's five-star signature bow will be made available. This bow, which was previously leaked under a different name, will now be released alongside Yelan.
Earlier, Aqua Simulacra was known as Kirin Bow which was in rumors since 2.5 beta when dataminers were able to find a file named Bow_Kirin. Back then it was revealed that Bow_Kirin's ascension materials were updated to use Deathly Statuettes and Spectral Nuclei in 2.5 BETA.
As stated above, at level 90, the weapon has a stunning 88.2 percent Crit DMG and gives up to 542 base ATK which is truly exciting because headshots can guarantee critical hits if given in the hands of a bow user.
Simply by equipping this bow, Yelan's HP will improve by 16 percent at refinement one and when the enemies are in close proximity to the bow wielder, their damage is raised by 20%. Moreover, this impact will last even when the Yelan is not on the field, allowing Yelan's Elemental Burst to continue to deal massive damage.

By the looks of it, the Aqua Simulacra bow appears to be highly specified for Yelan as it amplifies practically all of her damage sources. Players can spot Yelan's bow having flowing waves and feathers, and its name implies that it delivers a Hydro damage bonus.
