League of Legends 12.13 patch notes

League of Legends is a multiplayer online game, but it isn't an MMO in the sense that it focuses on gameplay rather than an open world to explore. The title is a MOBA that can be challenging to get into for newbies, especially since it has been on the market for a long time, but it does not require a strong PC to play.

We recently received a significant LoL patch 12.12 update, followed by a mini 12.12b patch, which included various changes in the main game, including major buffs and nerfs for several champions, as well as interesting gameplay adjustments.

Now while Riot continues to tinker with all of the major changes in LoL patch 12.13, the live game is indeed moving forward. After dealing with more than 20 outliers in the previous update, the developer is now focusing on major champion adjustments this time in LoL Patch 12.13.

Riot is concentrating on champions like Renekton, Elise, Evelynn, Fiddlesticks, Corki, Volibear, and others in patch 12.13. However, Nilah, League of Legends' newest champion, will also be released. Other than that, the main focus of the LoL patch 12.13 is Buffs for bursty champs at non-burst axes.

So let's get to know what has been detailed so far with regards to the League of Legends 12.13 patch, including changes, champions buffs and nerfs, new releases, and more.

League of Legends 12.13 patch notes

Riot Phlox, League of Legends' Designer on the Summoner's Rift team, detailed the upcoming LoL patch 12.13 changes on June 29th.

A few champions will be nerfed as usual, while League of Legends Patch 12.13 will also enhance the abilities of a few champions.

Phroxzon stated regarding the LoL 12.13 patch, "We're targeting non-burst buffs for burst-oriented champs (which will increase burst some amount on account of snowballing a bit more)."

Renekton, Elise, Evelynn, Fiddlesticks, Kled, and Karthus are among the champions that will be buffed as part of the update, and Corki and Volibear will be receiving nerfs.

League of Legends patch 12.13 Champions buffs and nerfs

As mentioned above, a series of champions receive buffs and nerfs with the upcoming patch, and this time we also have a few champions leading the list of champion adjustments.

Even though there will be a brief pause before LoL patch 12.13 is released, the wait should be worthwhile. The developer wrote, "We're planning for a 12.12 micro patch to hit some outliers for 30 Jun and 12.11 champs that were hit too hard (Kat, Shaco). The rest will be in 12.13, but it will be delayed a week and start coming out ~July 12"

Sivir and Gwen players will particularly enjoy the significant updates. Both should significantly increase each champion's appeal to the broader public. Riot is also considering a few additional underwhelming characters for the update.

Additionally, Star Guardian, the biggest event of the year, is about to commence, which signals the arrival of new champion Nilah.

So, now let's have a look at the champion buffs that will be seen in LoL patch 12.13.
