Some game leaks have surfaced, hinting at the impending content in Apex Legends Season 15, such as map upgrades, in-game updates, the next legend, and more.

Apex Legends Season 15 release date

Respawn is yet to reveal the exact date, but Apex Legends Season 15 release date will probably be scheduled for Tuesday, November 1st, three months after the release of Hunted.

The previous Season of Hunted was released on August 9, and it came with a new Seasonal Battle Pass like it always does. This reward track includes a day-by-day countdown timer that shows how long the season is expected to continue.

The date of November 1st is valid till the developers stay to their usual schedule as we have seen postponements in the past. Hence, it is important to take note that Apex Season 15 may release on a different date, but we have all the chances of seeing the new Legend, Battle Pass, and content in early November.

Apex Legends Season 15 Battle Pass

It's a given that each new season will bring a new Battle Pass to the game, and players will have to work hard to achieve their goals. Obviously, the developers have added a new battle pass stage to keep the action exciting, but the name of the new Apex Legends Season 15 battle pass has yet to be announced.

Since Season 9, Respawn Entertainment has opted to give each new season of the game its own name. Since then, we've had six seasons, dubbed "Legacy," "Emergence," "Escape," "Defiance," "Saviors," and "Hunted" respectively.

Apex Legends Season 15 Legend - Catalyst

Well, there is a possibility that may not be aware of the Season 15 legend. However, as it is a tradition to release a new legend with each new Season, leaks claim that Catalyst will be the Season 15 legend.

Apex Legends Season 15 will bring its 23rd Legend, but many were wondering who is the new character in Apex Legends, thanks to the dataminers and leakers, we already got to know that Apex Legends Catalyst is going to be the new playable Legend.

Catalyst is a new character who was uncovered during Season 12 of Apex Legends, and it has piqued the interest of players. Now adding to the past leak, a known data miner and leaker, SomeoneWhoLeaks found new lines of code in the game's game files. The codes contain recognizable word combinations like "Catalyst" and "Ferro wall."

Now, Catalyst has a skill called Ferro wall that allows the legend to build platforms out of ferrofluids, which fits with the present leak. So, if the rumors are accurate, Season 15 may introduce Catalyst as the new legend.

Apex Legends Catalyst Abilities

Earlier, when nine Apex's unreleased Legends were leaked, we got info on Apex Legends Catalyst's abilities too. Going by the leaks, Catalyst seems like a solid character who can use their talents to create platforms and walls, having the capacity to give essential protection for their squad.

  • Catalyst's Passive - Reinforce

Standing near your ferrofluid structures, doors, and other Legends placeables will strengthen their integrity and allow them to take significantly more damage.

  • Catalyst's Tactical - Ferro Shot

On impact, the shot creates a ramp of hardened ferrofluid that can be extended with more shots. Can also be used to create platforms on walls (Max 3 structures).

  • Catalyst's Ultimate - Iron Tower

Ferrofluid rises up from below, pushing you upwards while creating a tall solid column under you.

It is anticipated (but not verified) that the Season 15 Legend will be "Catalyst" based on prior leaks and game data after the Season 14 release. But it's possible that this is only a working name for the Legend that might be modified in the future.

Apex Legends Season 15 Map

One of the popular maps in the game, Olympus was completely erased for Season 14. However, Respawn is unlikely to take such a successful map out of the rotation for 2 seasons in a row. Hence, it wouldn't be wrong to see the Olympus map return in Apex Season 15, however, with some modifications.

Before it returns, it's expected to receive some map modifications as bringing the same old stuff as it is, is not the way Respawn ideally works.

Another possibility is the creation of an entirely new map. Four seasons after Olympus in Season 7, the most recent new map, Storm Point, was released in Season 11. Season 15 would come after if Respawn continues to release a new map every four seasons.

In addition, there is a map that has been leaked that is based on a moon that is purported to be far along in production.

The leak, which was uploaded in February to the ApexUncovered subreddit, depicts a brand-new map that is set in space in the center of what looks to be an asteroid belt.

Even though the screenshot makes clear that the area is still under construction, the skybox is far superior to any of the other areas in the original set. Then, a video of the Divided Moon map also appeared, offering the public a closer look at particular POIs.

Let's hope the developers have plans to include the Apex Legends "Divided Moon" map in Season 15 because players have undoubtedly been intrigued by the idea of exploring space in Apex.
