The Genshin Impact 3.0 Livestream, which debuted on August 13th, 2022, got the Genshin Impact 3.0 update rolling. As you are probably aware, one of patch 3.0's most significant upgrades is the unlocking of the Sumeru region. The 3.0 Livestream featured new information on the Dendro characters along with the developer's long-awaited reveal of this enticing location.
The first 5-star Dendro character, Tighnari, will be made available in Genshin Impact 3.0. Collei and Dori, two other 4-star characters, will also appear. While the latter is an Electro character, the former is a Dendro character.
Not only did developers give us information about these new characters, but they also disclosed details on the Genshin Impact 3.0 banners. Ganyu, Sangonomiya Kokomi, and Zhongli will all return to our screens in patch 3.0 banners. Characters whose Limited banners will be the first to go live in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update include Tighnari (the first 5-star Dendro element character) and Zhongli.

Genshin Impact Tighnari Standard banner
Tighnari is a brand-new Genshin character who makes his appearance in the Sumeru update. Lead Ranger of the Dawson Rainforest and a 5-star Dendro Bow character, Tighnari is tied to the Egyptian god Anubis.
The Genshin Impact community has been waiting impatiently for the Tighnari banner ever since HoYoverse introduced Tighnari to the players. Moreover, recent leaks and data mining information suggested that Tighnari may be added to the Standard Banner roster, following the completion of his featured Event Wish Banner in version 3.0.
Ever since the leak came out, "Will Tighnari be on Standard Banner" has been a constant question in fans' minds. Well, the developers have now confirmed that the first five-star from Sumeru - Tighnari is going to be on the standard banner.

Tighnari will thus join the Standard Banner as the sixth character after update 3.0 is over. It has been claimed by the players that they won't spend Primogems on Tighnari's Limited Banner because they have a high chance of obtaining him anytime they lose a 50/50 on a subsequent Limited Banner.

Now even though a lot of fans are happy to hear about the Tighnari Standard banner, many players have questioned why there are no Geo characters on the Standard Banner since Tighnari will represent Dendro there. There is a high demand for characters like Zhongli or Albedo to be on the standard banner.

Uncle Chasm, a Chinese Genshin Impact leaker, is the source of the information. Uncle mentions in his message that Tighnari might be included in the standard banner in Genshin Impact 3.1 update. Twitter user SaveYourPrimos translated the statement and revealed:
According to the statement, Uncle Chasm won't pull for Tighnari during his Event Wish Banner as he would instead hold off until he loses 50/50 before capturing him. And we all know that when you lose 50/50 in Genshin, you get one of the characters from the Standard Banner.

Uncle Lu, another trustworthy leaker, stated in support of the same that they didn't anticipate that the news about the Tighnari Standard banner will be revealed in advance, but he added that "it is true that Tighnari will enter the standard banner, and it will enter the permanent pool in 3.1 after 3.0 UP.
