Several leakers have made different claims about the future Genshin Impact 3.3 update, including a few reliable sources like Ubatcha, Uncle Lu, and a few unverified ones.

Let's begin with the leak on Genshin Impact 3.3 characters.
Genshin Impact 3.3 characters leak
Interestingly leaks claim that the Genshin 3.3 Update will introduce two new characters in the game - Scaramouche and Faruzan.
- Scaramouche
Scaramouche was created by Beelzebul (Raiden Ei) as a test to see if she could create puppet bodies. After the test, Ei encased Scaramouche's power and let him loose on Inazuma. Scaramouche is one of the 11 Fatui Harbingers, but we have only seen two of Fatui Harbingers up to this date.
Scaramouche made his debut in the quest "The Crisis Deepens," hence he is referred to as a "vagrant from Inazuma." He first gave the image of being a nice guy, until Mona discovered and exposed his actual malicious motives and plotted an escape.
As per the data miners, Scaramouche will be an Anemo character, raising the total count of Anemo users in the title to 9. His rarity was found to be 5-star, and his release date was allegedly postponed until the Genshin Impact 3.3 update.
Scaramouche is going to be introduced as a weekly boss first in Genshin 3.2 update and then in Genshin Impact 3.3 update, we will see Scaramouche as a playable character, according to multiple prominent leakers.

- Faruzan
Faruzan was first datamined in Genshin 2.8 beta along with several other characters that will make an appearance in the Sumeru region. Dehya, Nahida, Layla, Alhaitham, and Nilou are some of these characters that were part of the datamined leak and are now revealed officially to us.
We don't know much about Faruzan except the fact that Faruzan is a 4-star Anemo Bow with a Short Female model. It has also been claimed that she will be dedicated support for Scaramouche.
Yet it remains to be seen, how correct these leaks are.

Genshin Impact 3.3 banners leak
A known Genshin leaker who has a solid history in the Genshin community, Uncle Lu has revealed new info on the upcoming banners including Genshin 3.3 banner characters.
It has been claimed that players will get to see the Scaramouche banner in Genshin 3.3 update and Faruzan will be the 4-star character featuring in any of the Genshin 3.3 banners. Furthermore, revealing the timeline he said:
- 3.2 - Kusanali (5 star), Layla (4 star)
- 3.3 - Scara (5 star), Faruzan (4 star)
- 3.4 - No new 5 star; Yaoyao (4 star)
- 3.5 - Dehya (5 star)
- 3.6 - Baizhu (5 star)
The release of these Genshin 3.3 banners is likely as the info on them has come from reliable, however, we also have a theory part that the Raiden rerun will be the part of Genshin 3.3 update, as there is an Inazuma event/festival in 3.3, in which Raiden may appear.

So far we have a lot of characters left who are yet to get a banner rerun, including the much-awaited Raiden rerun. Additionally, earlier, SYP also posted a speculative roadmap of the possible Genshin 3.3 reruns and it included the following characters:
- Raiden
- Eula
- Hu Tao
- Ayaka
- Ayato
Both Eula and Hu Tao would need banners in 3.3 to rerun as the maximum number of days that have passed since a character's last rerun has exceeded largely.
Hu Tao could theoretically be pushed to 3.4 Lantern Rite. However, Eula is a Mondstadt character, so if her rerun is not in 3.3 it would not be until 3.5, wherein she would be very overdue.
There is an Inazuma event/festival in version 3.3, during which Ayaka receives a skin and it is reasonable to speculate Ayaka will see a rerun along the release of her skin, as hers would be the first skin released for a limited 5 star character.
Apart from the above speculation, the longest time passed since the last rerun for other Inazuman characters would be as follows: Ayato > Itto > Kazuha > Yoimiya > Yae
Currently, it has been suggested that the Genshin 3.2 banner reruns will include Yae and Yoimiya reruns, so players can hope to see the Ayato banner rerun 2022 in the 3.3 update.

Genshin Impact 3.3 skins leak
miHoYo has already released several new skins in the game. Jean and Barbara got a summer theme skin in version 1.6, then Keqing and Ningguang skins were introduced with the 2.4 patch. Genshin version 2.5 also gave access to Amber, Jean, Rosaria, and Mona's alternate outfits to the players.
Then the skins for Diluc and Fischl were made available in Genshin Impact 2.8 update. Now, fast forward to Genshin Impact 3.3 update, a few known Genshin leakers like Ubatcha, BLANK, and Uncle DD have given affirmation to the release of Genshin Lisa and Ayaka skins.
Although we have no official data, recently, @hxg_diluc disclosed more information that came via Uncle DD regarding the impending Genshin skins. He explained that Ayaka's skin is a school uniform, which also gives off a homely vibe, and Genshin Lisa's skin is Sumeru-style.
