The Tulaytullah's Remembrance is the newest weapon to appear in Genshin Impact's 3.3 upgrades. This weapon is represented as "Tulaytullah's Remembrance," in the 3.3 Preview Page: "A bell crafted of deep sapphire and sterling silver. Its echoes are as crisp as they are distant".
The weapon's design is based on the Anemo vision, which is highlighted by its "watery blue" color, the use of golden shades, and its streaming wave style.
At Level 90, this Catalyst with five stars has 674 Attack and 44.1% CRIT DMG. Its effect centres on damage from Normal Attacks, which Genshin Impact's Wanderer's Elemental Skill is well suited for.

The maximum Normal Attack DMG increase per single duration of the overall effect is 96%. The effect will be removed when the wielder leaves the field, and using the Elemental Skill again will reset all DMG buffs.
As stated above, at level 90, the weapon has a stunning 44.1% CRIT DMG value and gives up to 674 base ATK which is truly exciting because headshots can guarantee critical hits if given in the hands of a catalyst user.
