Genshin Impact Ayaka skins release date
The Genshin Ayaka skins will probably come as a component of the 3.4 update, which will see the arrival of the Lantern Rite. This Lantern Rite event was recently brought to the game with the 2.4 update which also had Ningguang and Keqing skins.

Instructions to get Genshin Impact 3.4 Ayaka skin
There has been no official announcement about Ayaka skin coming in the 3.4 update or how to get them, yet players will probably be able to get their hands on the Ayaka skin in the in-game shop during the Lantern Rite event.
Similar to how players were able to get the Jean and Barbara skins. During the event, Jean's "Ocean Breeze Dandelion" skin was available in the in-game Shop for a limited time for 1,680 Genesis Crystals, whereas Barbara's skin was available for free.
So, if UBatcha is on point with his leak, Genshin Ayaka’s skin will probably be available for free or by finishing certain quests in the 3.4 Lantern Rite event.
