The official Kirara artwork shows her holding a box and having blonde hair, which was a complete surprise. But much information about Kirara's kit has also been revealed apart from the artwork.

"Safe and punctual," "service assured," "vivacious and adorable"... These three phrases are words most commonly used to describe Kirara on the feedback board. Word is that if you give her a five-star rating or offer her some snacks, you might even see Kirara's face brighten with gratitude as her tails whirl with building joy.
To Kirara, her job is as precious as any jewel. She treasures everything about human society and is always overjoyed to behold the smiling faces of her customers. Thus, she gives her all to offer the best service she can for everyone she caters to. After all, if she finds herself fired by the company, all she can do is to return to being a youkai in the mountains.

Since the Kirara character has been revealed officially and HoYoverse has already announced who all are going to appear in the 3.6 update, it is safe to say that either May 24th, 2023, or three weeks later, the mid of June will be the official Kirara release date.

There are both possibilities that Kirara will be released with the 3.7 launch or will probably come with the second Genshin 3.7 banner. However, leakers claim the second case.

We only have knowledge of Kirara's element that she will be a Dendro character. This means she'll probably get along pretty smoothly with Baizhu, a new 5-star Dendro character.
