Kurt Hansen
A formidable figure in Phantom Liberty, Hansen leads the Barghest, the dominant faction in control of Dogtown. Once a NUSA colonel during the Unification War, Hansen took charge of a section of the Pacifica district and later established Dogtown, defying orders to vacate the area after the war.
Rosalind Myers
