We're looking at a few more of the champs that are a bit weak overall and a few nerfs.

Galio: Generally pretty weak and is countered particularly hard by some of the mid-range mages in the meta.

Here are some notable changes and considerations discussed by @RiotPhroxzon on 13.19, the Worlds patch:
- Galio: Considered weak, particularly struggling against mid-range mages in the current meta.
- Gangplank (GP): Doing well with Crit build, but slightly underperforming overall.
- Jhin: Stable in the lane, but efforts to enhance his ability to carry leads into the late game are being made.
- Lee Sin: Previous buffs were not effective, and he was over-nerfed. Adjustments are being considered.
- Pyke: Deemed weak, but buffing without increasing frustration is a challenge.
- Syndra: Efforts have been made to balance Elite/Pro performance, and a slight buff is being considered.
- Ziggs: Win rate, especially in mid, is suboptimal for an otherwise user-friendly champion.
- Renekton: Currently the strongest top laner, slight adjustments are planned due to recent buffs.
- Rek'Sai: Received several nerfs, but Stride was a significant buff. Balance is being addressed.
- Zeri: Seeing increased presence and will receive a slight adjustment.
- Randuins: Significant buff planned to address its underutilization and effectiveness, especially against specific compositions.
- Seekers: Considered slightly weak and will receive a minor buff.
Additionally, some adjustments have been made to various champions in the professional scene since patch 13.15, including Tristana, Akali, Orianna, Gnar, Aatrox, Caitlyn, Kai'Sa, Rell, and Xayah. Kai'Sa is not receiving further nerfs due to a recent Shiv nerf, and there are new contenders in the meta that can compete with her performance.
