The Grand Theft Auto Trilogy, featuring GTA 3, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas, is set to join the Netflix Games services on December 14. Gamers can pre-register for this exciting addition starting November 30. It will be accessible via the Netflix mobile app and available for download on the App Store and Google Play for Netflix subscribers.

The official Netflix post said, “Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition adds to a growing catalog of more than 80 mobile games, with must-play titles across all genres adding further value to all Netflix memberships — including through one of the most iconic series in history, without any ads, in-app purchases, or extra fees.”

In case you were wondering, all Netflix users have access to games. Additionally, users can download the games via the Netflix app, which will direct them to either the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store.

Updated for mobile devices, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto III are the genre-defining games included in GTA Trilogy (Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition).

  • Grand Theft Auto III – Grand Theft Auto III allows players the opportunity to explore a vast and varied open world, a wide cast of characters from various backgrounds, and complete freedom to immerse themselves in the dark, captivating, and brutal world of crime in Liberty City.
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – Vice City takes place in the 1980s and tells the tale of a man who ascended to the top of the criminal hierarchy during the decade of big hair and pastel suits. Tommy Vercetti's story of treachery and retaliation in a neon-filled tropical island steeped in richness and bursting with opportunities makes an exciting return to Grand Theft Auto.
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – In GTA San Andreas Carl "CJ" Johnson is forced to travel the whole length of San Andreas in order to save his family and regain control of the streets after a few police officers frame him for murder.

Earlier this month, Netflix teased upcoming additions to its game lineup, including titles based on popular shows like Money Heist and Shadow and Bone. While GTA Trilogy is set for release soon, specific launch dates for these other games are yet to be announced.

And although the GTA Trilogy will be available to all subscribers, access to Netflix Games—free of ads and in-app purchases—is part of a Netflix subscription, priced at $7 in the US.
