The Winterblessed Event of 2023 has concluded, and now we're gearing up for the first in-game event of 2024 in League of Legends. The Lunar Revel 2024 Event is on the horizon, a tradition that Riot Games has upheld since 2011 to celebrate the Lunar New Year in China.
Much like its predecessors, this event promises new skins, event passes, emotes, icons, and more. In the previous Lunar Revel, we witnessed the introduction of the Mythmaker and Lunar Emperor skin lines. This time around two new fresh skin lines named Heavenscale and Porcelain will be released with the League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 event, along with new missions, rewards, and exciting features.
League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event Start & End Date
Beginning with Patch 14.3 on February 7 and lasting for three patches until (nearly) the conclusion of Patch 14.5 on March 18, the Lunar Revel Event 2024 will be a longer event. However, token farming will be stopped a week earlier on March 12.
The event will unfold in two parts, with the first featuring Heavenscale skins and the second resurrecting the beloved Porcelain skin line. Token redemption will be possible until March 18, 2024, allowing players to spend their accumulated tokens post-event.
League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event Pass
In line with the previous Lunar Revel, the upcoming event will incorporate an event pass. This pass will grant various rewards, including orbs that can be used to obtain additional skins. Players can also acquire the Prestige Heavenscale Ezreal or Mythic Essence using event tokens.
While certain rewards are available in the free tiers, the most enticing ones are reserved for those who opt to purchase the event pass. The LoL Lunar Revel 2024 event pass can be purchased for 1650 RP, and there's also the option to buy the Lunar Revel 2024 Pass Bundle for 2650 RP. This bundle includes the base Heavenscale Ezreal for free.
While Riot has not officially revealed the Lunar Revel 2024 event pass details yet, a speculative breakdown is provided below:

League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event Missions
The official information on League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event missions is pending, similar to the event pass. However, we do know that completing these missions will give event tokens and event XP, which can be used to claim rewards such as orbs and skins. Riot has always included multiple milestones that are accessible to everyone, even those who choose not to purchase the pass, with the total number of Event Pass milestones likely reaching 50, with missions 50-55 potentially being infinitely repeatable.
However, which missions will we be getting League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event is yet to be seen.
Moreover, the Token Shop is expected to include Prestige Heavenscale Ezreal and Mythic Essence. Confirmed rewards included in the League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event token shop include:
- 2,200 tokens: 125 Mythic Essence + Icon
- 2,000 tokens: Prestige Heavenscale Ezreal
- 300 tokens: Lustrous Chroma Exclusive
- 250 tokens: Borders (each)
- 200 tokens: Lunar Revel 2024 Orb
Additional rewards with unconfirmed prices include Keys, Blue Essence, Random Emote, and Champion Shard.
League of Legends Lunar Revel 2024 Event Loot and Loot Bundles:
Two new additions to loot are the Heavenscale 2024 Capsule and the Heavenscale 2024 Grab Bag.
The capsule includes three random skin shards, with a 1% chance to get either the Heavenscale 2024 Grab Bag or the Divine Heavenscale Lee Sin Skin + Border & Icon. The milestones associated with the Heavenscale Capsule offer various rewards, including an exclusive icon, emote, and permanent Lunar Revel skins.
