In the official blog post, Bungie quoted that, " Crossplay is going to the majority in Season 15. Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Stadia users will all be allowed to blend with each other, meaning gamers across all different platforms will be able to enjoy the Destiny 2 crossplay feature. There are no set constraints on who can and can't join a Fireteam. 

Destiny 2 Crossplay, will give players the opportunity to frame a group with a Stadia player, while PC gamers can welcome Xbox users. No blend is forbidden.
