Recently Genshin Impact 2.4 update went live which at last added the much-awaited Enaknomiya region, along with new characters Shenhe, and Yun Jin, new events, enemies, and lots of quests and challenges. But various Genshin leaks have been making rounds, revealing additional data regarding the future Genshin Impact updates.
miHoYo has been continually extending the game's gacha pool, and there are huge loads of more characters scheduled to show up in the game in the coming days.

The recent Genshin Impact leak has revealed that the game may be bringing a new, interesting character in the forthcoming weeks, namely Heizou.
Heizou Genshin Impact
As per the leak, there is another Genshin Impact character, Heizou underway. Heizou is a (self-proclaimed) detective from the Tenryou commission and is Sara's colleague, and furthermore has been mentioned quite a few times by other characters in the game. Below are the things that the Heizou leaks revealed.
A well-known Genshin Impact leaker, Dimbreath shared new info on their Twitter account revealing that there's an avatar file that mentions Heizou, but it's really incomplete, and not much more can be reliably guessed at the moment. However, soon after sharing the info, the leaker deactivated their account.

Skeleton data on Heizou leaked
On Jan 15, Ubatcha posted a fresh Susy leak in the WFP Discord channel, revealing the body type of upcoming Genshin Impact characters. Obviously, Heizou was a part of that leak, and it was mentioned that Heizou has a boy body type.
We also got info about other Genshin characters' body types, including Yelan, Ayato, and Kuki Shinobu.

Genshin Impact Heizou release date leak
It was revealed by Ubatcha in his Twitter post that Heizou will be a 4-Star character, who will be released in the 2.6 update.
He additionally mentioned the addition of one new character along with the return of a popular Genshin character in the 2.6 update.

Genshin Impact Heizou Release Date
miHoYo has still maintained its silence about the official Genshin Impact Heizou release date, however, that hasn't stopped the Heizou leaks from flowing in.
Clearly, Heizou's release will be scheduled after Yae Miko, Yunjin, Shenhe, and Ayato's addition into the game as a few of them have already been revealed officially and there are enough data in the in-game files to support Ayato's release. This implies that players might get Genshin Impact Heizou's banner probably in 2022, after the update 2.5.

Genshin Impact Heizou Profile
Not much was revealed by the leakers to suggest what Genshin Heizou can do in the game and we don't even have any leaked models to know what the character will look like, yet a few aspects of Heizou characters have been leaked.

The exact details on Genshin Heizou abilities are yet to be revealed, however, there have been theories that he could possibly be an Electro character as in the Vision Hunt Decree, Heizou has helped Sara claim Itto's vision.
Yet, a simple act of helping doesn't necessarily imply that Heizou will be a Geo or Electro character. So we will have to wait to get more info about his abilities and elements.

Genshin Impact Heizou is a self-proclaimed detective from the Tenryou Commission, who walks around in the Commission's clothes but can be seen wearing different clothes when he goes out.
And as indicated by the Genshin Impact wiki, Heizou is associated with Tenryou Commission - an area inside Inazuma. Tenryou Commission is the executive arm of the Raiden Shogun, which is led by the Kujou Clan. It is responsible for managing security and military affairs.
Genshin Heizou was first mentioned in the voice lines of Kamisato Ayaka and by his distant elder cousin Kano Nana. As per the description given by Kano Nana, Heizou doesn't like to abide by the rules and always gets himself in trouble. "I figured he'd grow out of his rebellious phase... I didn't expect him to become a detective."

Shikanoin Heizou in Genshin Impact is known for his suspicious character, who does things his own way and gets into trouble, causing headaches for others. Several Genshin characters including Sara, Ayaka, Thoma, Kokomi, Gorou have mentioned him in their voice lines.
So it would be interesting to see if Genshin's Shikanoin Heizou actually becomes a playable character or not, and if he does then when will miHoYo officially announce Genshin Shikanoin Heizou release date.

Genshin's Heizou weapon is yet to be datamined, as no leaker has made the revelation about it, and miHoYo is yet to announce the existence of Heizou.
