One of the oldest and most successful publishers and developers of video games is Capcom, a Japanese company that has endured a lot over the past 40 years.

They have created numerous franchises that have sold millions of copies, including Mega Man, Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter, Marvel vs. Capcom, Dead Rising, Street Fighter, and Resident Evil, which was their most financially rewarding title. At least some of these names would be familiar to you.

Street Fighter 6 is the new undertaking on which they have been working, which should be available soon in 2023.

For many fans, Capcom's pinnacle Street Fighter is among the top of the rankings of the finest fighting games. Fans have been excited to see what the series has in store, and with the 6th mainline installment arriving the following year, the game is swiftly rising to the top of the list of 2023's most anticipated releases.

Street Fighter 6 has received a 15 certificate after being rated in South Korea.

Although the rating does not necessarily imply that the game will soon be released, it does imply that any particular announcements are on the horizon. It is possible a date might be revealed during The Game Awards next month. Having said that, it usually indicates a Street Fighter 6 release date is not too far away when categories like this are issued.

Well, a rating on Korea's rating board gives us some hope that the eagerly anticipated fighter won't be delayed for too long as some past happenings suggest the same. For example, Horizon Forbidden West received a rating in November 2021 and was released in February 2022, then God of War Ragnarök was graded in May and was made available in November, six months later.

For the sequel, there is official documentation that reveals more about Street fighter 6 and mentions "expression of physical harm" and "restricted representation of sexuality," which is another way of saying skimpy outfits.

Adding to this, Capcom previously also unveiled the whole cast of Street Fighter 6 characters and all of the following have been confirmed to appear in the game: Luke, Jamie, Manon, Kimberly, Marisa, Lily, JP, Juri, Dee Jay, Cammy, Ryu, E. Honda, Blanka, Guile, Ken, Chun-Li, Zangief, and Dhalsim.

Moreover, the World Tour mode will apparently include a big open world and let players visit different locales, encounter iconic Street Fighter characters, and engage in combat with other NPCs, according to the World Tour footage shown by Capcom.

Street Fighter 6's official release window is 2023, and Capcom recently reported financial results stating that Resident Evil 4 was its only "big new title" scheduled for the remaining fiscal year, indicating that the fighting game won't be available until March 31, 2023.

However, if this new Street Fighter 6 data does hint at something, then players will not have to wait for long as leaks and reports eventually lead to a formal announcement.
