Genshin Impact 3.4 Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss

Even though Wind-Bitten Sandworm is one of the main foes, Travelers have yet to engage him in combat in the game. The new creature is known by the name Wind-bitten Sandworm and goes by the moniker Last Prince of the Sands. The boss of the Great Red Sand most likely employs Anemo-infused attacks and appears to hunt its prey using sounds and soil vibrations.

Earlier @BLANK revealed that Wind-Bitten Sandworm is going to be the 3.4 boss, who will be released along with the new Alhaitham in the game. Moreover, the 3.4 beta leak from @TeamChina, @SagiriShape, and BLANK revealed how Wind-Bitten Sandworm will perform during the boss fight.

Genshin 3.4 Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss model and drop materials

As per the leaks, Wind-Bitten Sandworm's boss form will be known as "The Last Prince of the Sands," and it goes without saying that the Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss model will appear very different from other bosses. Fortunately, the Genshin 3.4 leaks have allowed players to view the Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss model.

The leaked image shows Wind-Bitten Sandworm's boss form, while additional photographs demonstrate the enormous size that his model would have, making it harder to beat him.

The Wind-Bitten Sandworm's brief invulnerability would not be the first instance of a comparable gameplay aspect, even if it appears to bring underworld dynamics to the game's newest fight. The Sandworm's offensive strategy was not made explicit in the initial leak, which was notable for not revealing any of the creature's attacks.

Additionally, the Wind-Bitten Sandworm drop materials have also been revealed:

  • Adventure EXP
  • Mora
  • Companionship EXP
  • Vayuda Turquoise Sliver
  • Vayuda Turquoise Fragment
  • Vayuda Turquoise Chunk
  • Vayuda Turquoise Gemstone

Genshin 3.4 Wind-Bitten Sandworm gameplay boss fight mechanics

According to the Genshin 3.4 leaks, Wind-Bitten Sandworm has Anemo attacks that swirl or something. Wind-Bitten Sandworm is an apex predator living deep in the desert that, while in battle, has the ability to harness some of Anemo's power to lift off the ground and enter a hovering condition. It can fire Windbite Bullets while floating. Windbite Bullets will become a high-density curtain of such bullets if these are not eliminated in time.

Windbite Bullets can be destroyed by attacks from elements that could interact with Anemo, which would momentarily reduce the Wind-Bitten Sandworm's matching Elemental RES. The Wind-Bitten Sandworm will be dragged down from its floating position if 2 Windbite Bullets are successfully destroyed one after the other.

The monster appears as a huge burrowing worm with a tail that resembles the head of Genshin's previous Regisvine foes in the leaked clip. The beast emerges from the ground and plunges into the sands as players take advantage of its brief window of opportunity to inflict harm.

It periodically dives into the sand below while floating around like the Golden Wolford. Anemo-based attacks appear to be the only ones the sandworm employs. Also, it is important to note that the Wind-Bitten Sandworm is the rumored moniker for the World Boss; nevertheless, this name may change before launch.

Now, even though the newly leaked 3.4 boss fight mechanic was not able to disclose the location, in the past we received leaks from a known leaker, revealing the Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss fight location.

Genshin 3.4 Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss fight location

Other than the Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss fight video, we also have leaks about Wind-Bitten Sandworm's domain where he will spawn.

A new Point of Interest (POI), the desert sandstorm, which surrounds the present desert area from the 3.1 update and extends north of it, is the focal point of the suspected Sumeru desert expansion in version 3.4. According to leaks, the Sandworm Cave is one of the sites included in this new explorable area, and a new World Boss will emerge from this region.

The inner, central, and outside areas are said to constitute the three divisions or subareas of this new sandstorm zone. Gurtabad City, a new city that will be added to the sandstorm location, is most likely to place itself as the location's entrance.

@SagiriShape gave us the exact location of Genshin 3.4 Sandworm Boss.

By the looks of it, this all seems pretty exciting, however, players will have to wait for a while to explore this part of the game as the 3.4 update still has some time before it goes live.

With all the enemy lineup and the new boss, it seems like players will need to grind a lot to complete their missions and quest, as the difficulty level on Floor 12 of 3.4 Spiral Abyss and challenges with the Wind-Bitten Sandworm boss seem quite hard. So we wish all the players the best of luck.

However, the data has come from the leaks that are subjected to change, so players should wait for the official confirmation from miHoYo as they can at any time decide to make changes in the main game.
