miHoYo has declared a Tokyo Game Show 2021 live stream happening on the 3rd of October 2021. The 50 minutes long stream will probably reveal new details about Genshin Impact. Fans are hopeful of the upcoming TGS 2021, as last year after the event players got a Teyvat Story Chapter trailer.
A few details have been leaked prior to the beginning of the live stream, however, players can go to the TGS YouTube page to watch the stream live.

However, miHoYo has a few live streams planned to commend the game's first anniversary. The first live stream that miHoYo declared officially was a HoYoFair live stream, which is a Genshin Impact Fan Art Celebration 2021 stream.
The HoYoFair live stream on Twitch will occur on the 25th of September and a few artists will be appearing as guests.
Other than that there is another live stream for the celebration of Genshin Impact's first anniversary in Bilibili Genshin 1st anniversary livestream.
Similar to YouTube, Bilibili is a Chinese video-sharing site and the site will exclusively air Genshin Impact's 1st-anniversary live stream, completely in Chinese at 9.00 PM.
The Bilibili Genshin Impact 1st anniversary Fanart livestream was translated into English and was live on the WFP Twitch channel.

Nonetheless, miHoYo has made no declaration about the 28 September stream, so fans should take this information with a grain of salt. However, if UBatcha's source was correct, then miHoYo will soon make the declaration as September 28 is not far away.
