Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment event is set to give players an opportunity to acquire lots of in-game awards and free Primogems.

In contrast to the other Anniversary Event, the rewards coming with Moonlight Merriment will be spread around Teyvat, and players will be able to unlock them.

Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment event

The Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment event has started today, which is on the 27th of September 2021, and will run until the 10th of October 2021, implying players will have 12 days to complete the quests and acquire the different rewards which are on offer. 

The autumn moon shines bright, and Liyue Harbor is hard at work preparing for the traditional Moonchase Festival. The preparations for various activities based on the festival's theme are well underway.

Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment event location

When players have completed the quests and have reached the required rank of 28,  they will need to accept the One for the Foodies, Two for the Show quest from their journal.

Accepting the quests will take players to Liyue, and there they will get to meet with Xiangling who will provide the information about the upcoming festivals. The beginning of the event will only need players to talk with the different characters at each indicated location in Genshin Impact.

If players wish to participate in every one of the merriments events,  they are required to complete the below-mentioned Archon Quests and arrive at Adventure Rank 28.

Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment event quests

Players will get to participate in three different activities during the Genshin Impact Moonlight Merriment event which in return will offer character experience and free in-game items.  

Moonlight Seeker

• Players need to collect Mystmoon Chests and Moonchase Charms available in the assigned regions. 

Moonchase Tales

• Players need to finish the missions available in Cuisine Machine Test Run. 

Trial of Delicacies

• By following the instructions on the Event Page, players will need to head over to the Challenge Locations and basically wipe out the opponents in the nearby area.
