Metal Gear Solid 3 has been in rumors for quite a while now, and it was recently reported that Konami is working on the Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Remake.

Metal Gear Solid had received such a huge success that fans were more than excited after hearing the news of the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake, and they started anticipating what the next installment will offer the players. And as per the recent rumors, Virtuos' next project is conceivably an unannounced triple-A game that can be associated with the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake.

Virtuos Studios is one of the biggest game developers which was formed back in 2004. Virtuos Studios is known for supporting the advancement of significant triple-A games or carrying existing games to new platforms.

Recently, Virtuos contributed to bringing Switch ports of The Outer Worlds, Dark Souls Remastered, and The BioShock Collection, along with working on the content for the blockbusters like Horizon Zero Dawn, Battlefield 1, and Uncharted 4.

Eagle eye fans always keep their search on, and one such inquisitive gamer has found postings of Virtuos Studios' employee on the LinkedIn profile that hints at what the studio's next project could be.

The Twitter user, Faizan Shaikh found a posting for a Lead Software Engineer who has worked for Virtuos Studios for almost 3 years at this point, Zhiyang Li. Moreover, from Li's profile, it is quite clear that the game will have a quality destruction set, and it has been mentioned that he is working with Virtuos for the past 3 years on an "Unannounced AAA Project".

Additionally, from his posting, it has been revealed that the unannounced AAA project from Behavior Interactive experience is being made to support the 4k quality on certain platforms.

In Li's experience column, it has been mentioned that he has contributed to the game engine, leaded destruction scene production, level art production, organized the level art, and has worked closely with sound designers and character artists to optimize the process while upgrading the engine to support 4K for the upcoming "Unannounced AAA Project" from Virtuos.

All these aspects hint at the development of Metal Gear Solid 3 and even recently, a VGC report talked about Virtuos dealing with another variant of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, so there are chances that the unannounced [triple-A] action-adventure portrayed in Li's profile is possibly connected to Metal Gear Solid 3.

It is highly possible that after the disappointing presentation of Konami's recent games like Contra: Rogue Corps and Metal Gear Survive, the organization has become more ready to contract outside studios for its significant establishments.

And indeed, Virtuos Studios will be one of the best choices for the same. However, presently there's no chance of knowing whether this unannounced triple-A action-adventure project is something that developers at Konami are actually working on, or if Virtuos Studios will actually help the organization with this new game.
