The open-world setting and action-based battle system in Genshin Impact use character-switching and elemental magic. The cast of Genshin Impact is composed of seven different nations from the Teyvat continent: Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snezhnaya.
Seven Archons, or gods, govern over each of the seven nations. Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, and Sumeru are the four nations that the developers have released so far in the main game. Next up is Fontaine, and the most recent 3.7 Livestream gave a teaser for both the new country and the newest member of the Fontaine cast, Charlotte.
Alongside Lumine and the brand-new playable character Kirara, a new character by the name of Charlotte served as a host during the 3.7 Special Programme.

He also added that Charlotte won't be a part of the 3.8 update, implying the chances of her being playable in the game is in Genshin 4.0 update only.

Several of the eagerly anticipated characters will be made accessible in the upcoming Genshin 4.0+ upgrades (Fontaine updates), along with a few other 4-star and 5-star characters.

Charlotte wears predominantly black and red clothing with white accents, and she looks extremely lovely. She can be seen with a camera in her hand and a hat on.
Because she is thought to be the new character from Fontaine, Genshin Charlotte's model caused a stir in the community. Many fans have already fallen in love with her and created fan art for her.

Genshin Impact Charlotte Story or Lore
On its 3.7 Livestream, HoYoverse showcased a new character from Fontaine, Charlotte.
Charlotte works as a reporter for the prestigious Fontaine newspaper the Steambird. She introduced the forthcoming major event, the King of Invocations Grand Prix, on the 3.7 Livestream, and players will also encounter her while watching the proceedings in the upcoming version.
Charlotte has not been formally introduced as a playable character, but she will play a significant role in the main event of the 3.7 Update.
Charlotte will be unveiled along with Kirara, another brand-new Dendro 4-star character, at the event. The only distinction is that while Kirara will make her official appearance in the next campaign, the former will merely feature as an NPC.

We also have some knowledge of the Voice actors who portray her in the game. The following are Charlotte's voice actors:
- Charlotte English VA: Maya Aoki Tuttle
- Charlotte Chinese VA: Ruan Congqing
- Charlotte Japanese VA: Waki Azumi
- Charlotte Korean VA: Shin On-yu
Maya Aoki Tuttle is the English VA of Charlotte. She is a voice actress, pianist, and editor best known for her roles in Disney's Final Fantasy VII (Remake, 2020), Destiny 2, We Baby Bears, and Spidey and His Amazing Friends (2022). She also was a founder member of The Colourist, a rock group.
China's Ruan Congqing is a Chinese voice actress of Charlotte. The Shanghai Lingsheng Culture Media Co., Ltd. counts her as a member. She currently resides in Shanghai and holds a degree in radio and hosting from Anhui Normal University. She has provided the voices for a number of characters in the gaming industry, including a few from Arknights and Soul Land, Vill-V from Honkai 3, Ember Goddess from The Legend of Odd, and Mo Yu from Ling Yunnuo.

Azumi Waki is Charlotte's voice actor in Japanese. In addition to voice acting, the 28-year-old is a well-known singer. Her voice may sound familiar to many players from well-known anime series such as Hinata Tachibana in Tokyo Revengers, Fina in Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch!, Kanade in Beast Tamer, Nagisa Minase in Girlfriend Girlfriend, and many more. She has extensive experience in voice acting for gacha video games.
She has also voiced Sanae in The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls, Olive in Astral Chain, and Peony in Fire Emblem Heroes.
Charlotte Korean Voice actor Shin On-yu is from South Korea. She began working as a freelancer in 2019 after joining KBS Voice Actors 42 in 2017. She can portray a variety of characters, including children and grown ladies. She performed a variety of roles in this spectrum even when she was a full-time employee, and even when she was fired and hired as a freelancer, she continued to do so.
Happy Kush from Destiny's Child, Veronica from Counterside, Aiteris from Counter-Strike Online, and many others are examples of her well-known work.

The rumors have continued despite miHoYo's continued silence over the official Genshin Impact Charlotte release date.
The first playable Inazuma character was Kazuha, who debuted in an update just before the new region's release. Charlotte might proceed in the same manner and be launched before Fontaine.
Many believe she will make her debut in the next Fontaine banner, despite the fact that she now only appears as an NPC. If we were to speculate when Genshin Charlotte will be made available, we may say that it would be from August to September 2023 in Genshin 4.0 or 4.1 updates.
If so, Charlotte will probably show up in either the 3.8 or 4.0 beta.
