With the latest League of Legends 13.15 patch notes, players can prepare to see exciting champion buffs and nerf, mesmerizing new skins, and a host of other exciting changes to the game.

League of Legends has impressed players with Patch 13.14, introducing numerous balance changes and exciting additions to the game. The new Arena game mode has been a massive hit, and players are thoroughly enjoying their time in it. Now, the focus shifts to the League of Legends 13.15 patch, which will bring some balancing adjustments to Kai'Sa, Ivern, and other champions.

Riot's Phroxzon shared a preview of the upcoming changes, it was revealed that the development team is gearing up for the Worlds patch (13.19), and they are already working on balancing the meta for that specific event.

It seems the goal for League of Legends 13.15 Patch is to support struggling characters while addressing the power of overly dominant picks, such as Aatrox and Kai'Sa. Even the newest champion, Naafiri, is considered a bit too strong despite her lower win rate.

In League of Legends 13.15 Patch, champions like Aatrox, Ivern, Kai'Sa, Maokai, Sejuani, Shyvana, and Naafiri will receive nerfs to bring them more in line with other characters. On the other hand, Caitlyn, Gwen, Nami, Taliyah, Yasuo, and Yone will get buffs to improve their viability and impact in matches.

Additionally, adjustments are being made to Annie, Heimerdinger, Rell, and Yorick, particularly concerning their pets and abilities. As for system changes, no buffs are in place for this patch. However, there are nerfs to the Night Harvester interaction, how Glacial Augment affects targets, and Smite on Champion Pets.

For 13.15, we're buffing struggling champions, tapping down some of the stronger champs like Aatrox, Kaisa and nerfing smite against Pet/Summon champions (and making appropriate durability adjustments to them)
