As mentioned earlier, Honkai Star Rail 1.3 will feature Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan as the highlighted 5-star characters. Imbibitor Lunae, a Destruction Path Imaginary Unit, is known for dealing massive AoE DMG and will be available in the first banner phase. Fu Xuan, on the other hand, follows the Preservation Path as an upcoming Quantum unit, focusing on protecting allies with her damage mitigation abilities, and will be released in the second banner phase.
In version 1.3, Lynx, a new Quantum unit, will make her debut in the game. Associated with the Abundance Path, Lynx possesses complete healing movesets, making her a valuable addition to the roster alongside existing characters Hook and Pela.
The upcoming patch will also introduce three new Light Cones: "She Already Shut Her Eyes" (Preservation), "Brighter Than the Sun" (Destruction), and "Solitary Healing" (Nihility).
