Honkai Star Rail Ruan Mei

An upcoming 5-star unit with the Harmony Path, Ruan Mei is an expert in the Ice element. She is portrayed in the teaser for "Extraterrestrial Satellite Communication" as Herta's colleague and fellow Genius Society member. She is committed to her profession and has a speciality in the biological sciences. Her study focuses on the "secret corner" of galaxies where life first emerged.

• Basic Attack - A Tiny Orchid: Deals Ice DMG equal to ?% of Ruan Mei's ATK to a single enemy.
• Skill - Gather, Twist, Wipe and Pick: Increase Ruan Mei's SPD by ?%, and increases Ruan Mei's allies SPD by ?% which lasts for ? turns.
• Ultimate - Shaking Brocade Water, Not Taking off Dipped Clothes: Buff all allies for ? turns. The Weakness Break Efficiency of all allies buffed with the enchantment will increase ?%, and when the Weakness shield of an enemy target is broken, it will be afflicted with Broken Plum Blossoms. [Broken Plum Blossoms] will be activated when the enemy target recovers Weakness Break, extending the target's Weakness Break and delaying the action, and deal ice damage equal to ?% of Ruan Mei's ATK. Broken Plum Blossoms cannot be afflicted onto an enemy target before they recover from Weakness Break.
• Talent - Classifying Screws: When an ally hit an enemy with Weakness Break, damage dealt will be increased by ?%.
• Technique - Caressing Cotton Robes: After casting Technique, all allies' ATK will increase at the start of the next battle, the increase is equal to ?% of Ruan Mei's ATK, and lasts for ? turns.

2. Strolling in Front of the Reeds: The enchantment cast during ultimate duration will last for 1 additional turn.
3. Whirling Colourful Satin Chiffon Shan: Ultimate Lv. +2, up to Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, Up to Lv. 15.
4. Facing the God-Seeking Mirror: Increases Crit Rate when dealing damage to a target weakened by Weakness Break.

6. Half-off Scarf Fan: When a enemy target weakened by Weakness Break is attacked, Ruan Mei will deal additional ice damage equal to ?% of her ATK.

HSR Ruan Mei Light Cone

Similar to other characters, Ruan Mei possesses a unique light cone skill. Although the name of her weapon is yet to be unveiled, leaks have provided information about her light cone skill.

“Increase the wearer's ATK by ?%, after casting skill, if the SPD of an ally is over 100, every ? points of which it exceeds over, will increase their DMG by ?%. This effect can be stacked ? times, and last for ? rounds.”

Honkai Star Rail Xueyi

In Honkai Star Rail, Xueyi is a future 4-star Quantum unit that can be played. Xueyi, a judge on the Ten-Lords Commission, is in charge of holding people who appear to be inmates.

Honkai Star Rail Xueyi Abilities

Here is what we know so far:

• Skill: Xueyi deals Quantum DMG to a specific enemy equal to 150% of her ATK, and to nearby enemies equal to 60% of her ATK.
• Ultimate: Xueyi deals Quantum DMG equal to 342% or her attack to a specific enemy, which can ignore the enemy's weak points and reduce their tenacity. Each layer of "Vendetta" obtained during this attack increases the damage dealt by 19%, up to a maximum increase of 76%.
• Talent: When Xueyi deals tenacity damage to an enemy, she gains up to 6 layers of "Vendetta." When it reaches the maximum, Xueyi immediately launches an additional attack against the enemy, dealing three instances of Quantum damage to a random enemy equal to 93% of her attack. If the target's weak point is Quantum damage, the damage dealt by this attack will be increased by 28%.
• Technique: Xueyi immediately attacks a random enemy, dealing Quantum damage equal to 80% of her attack to all enemies after entering battle.

Honkai Star Rail Xueyi Traces

Also, the following has been revealed about Xueyi's Traces:

• Harbinger of Machinery: At the start of battle, immediately gain ? [Vendetta]
• Destroyer of Ball Bearings: If the current shield of enemy target is greater than or equal to ? of it's Max shield limit, increases Ultimate damage by ?%.
• Observer of Imperial Court: When enemy target recovers from Weakness Break, the damage of the next attack will be increased by ?%.
