The Genshin Impact 2.6 update will be available to players on March 30th, according to HoYoverse. The 2.6 Livestream was eagerly anticipated by fans who wanted to learn important news about the upcoming release.
A 2.6 Livestream was held on Friday, March 18th at 08:00 AM (UTC-5) where a lot of details about new events, opponents, a new map, and banners were displayed. It was reported that fans will get two banner reruns of Venti and Ayaka, with Ayato and Venti in the first part of the 2.6 banner and Ayaka in the second half.

Fans were eagerly waiting to see a glimpse of the awaited 4-star character, however, unlike Yelan, Kuki Shinobu leaks never revealed her in-game model.

Since the Kuki Shinobu character has been revealed officially and HoYoverse has already announced who all are going to appear in the 2.6 update, it is safe to say that either May 11, 2022, or three weeks later, the start of June will be the official Kuki Shinobu release date.
There are both possibilities that Kuki Shinobu will be released with the 2.7 launch or will probably come with the second Genshin 2.7 banner. However, leakers claim the second case.

Genshin Impact Kuki Shinobu abilities
We only have knowledge of Kuki Shinobu's element that she will be an Electro character. This means she'll probably get along pretty smoothly with Yelan, a new 5-star Hydro character.
Kuki Shinobu's Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst have yet to be unveiled, however, her official banner artwork has been revealed by HoYoverse, where Kuki Shinobu wears a mask and has a character model that is comparable to Sucrose and Yanfei's.
Shinobu will most likely remove her mask during her E or Q, according to a recognized Genshin leaker, Ubatcha.
It has been revealed that she is an Electro healer, the first one in the entire Genshin roster, so it is justified to wonder on what stat her healing will scale could she also be the first ER based healer, or could be an EM if HoYoverse gives her another role to support Yae.
It's unclear how she'll employ her electrical skills, but we'll most certainly see gameplay as the game approaches Kuki Shinobu's release date.

In terms of Kuki Shinobu's weapon, a previous NGA thread suggested that Kuki Shinobu might be a Sword user. It was mentioned that "Kuki Shinobu is an electro healer/support sword character."
Now with the reveal of Kuki Shinobu's drip marketing, players can see her holding a sword-like weapon in her hand. However, it is still unclear whether Kuki Shinobu's sword will be a new weapon set for 4-stars, a free weapon, or an already released one.
